Healthy Diet: One week eating plan

Hello guys, so I have decided to share with you my health lifestyle. I don't eat fish so you can change some of my meat with fish of course. I was inspired by the bootea and tinytea eating plan. Of course I'm not a nutritionist, so my eating plan might not be perfect. However I have tried to keep a realistic diet because you need to eat. I believe that it is better to eat a lot in the morning, less at lunch and even less for dinner. As for snacks if you can avoid them it's good, if not, fruits are good alternatives.

Monday

Dinner: Green vegetables soup, chicken, soja yoghourt with honey

Tana nails review

8 months ago, I went through a this massive Japanese nail trend. Through internet and youtube I discovered the brand 'TANANAILS' which I can no longer find online anymore :( It seems like the brand doesn't existe anymore, and I'm really sad about it. From what I remember their nails are really expensive but you can get a perfect deal like me during their sales. Their nails are homemade, when you order some, you have to measure your nails. So as I said, 8 months ago I bought 1 box of fake nails from Tananails, they cost approximately 20$ in sale..
The nails come with a nice box with a bow on it. It contains, extra gems, a glue, stickers if you don' want to use glue, a nail fire and a wooden stick. I wore those nails for a month, I washed my hair with it. I did everything and yet I only lost 3 or 4 gems. They are made of acrylic I believe, so they are really resistant and I think that if I wash off the glue away from them I could reuse them!!
I was really surprised with their resistance, and pleased with their quality and beauty. I wish I could order more :( I agree the color differed a little from what was shown on their website, but I was still happy with it. I have added a photo of what it looks like on an outfit. I'm linking the link of their Pinterest. You can find some more ideas on it.

I hope my review has helped you in anyway, let me know which one are you favorite. Camille XXX

Wedding day and night outfit

I recently attended a wedding at the prestigious beach of the hotel InterContinental Carlton of Cannes. I needed two outfits, one for the day to go to the church and one for the dinner.

Day outfit: I know that wearing white is not a good idea, but I was short on time and I chose to wear my cream white BCBGmaxazria romper. The front is really simple as you can see, and the open lace back does it all.
Hat: Asos, Shoes: Minelli, Ring: Asos, Nailpolish: Andrea, Earings: Zara.

Night outfit: I wanted to add a little touch of color to the night. I chose to wear a lime yellow Pinko dress, I wore a dress because it was a formal dinner.

Shoes: Iro, Bag: Mango

Let me know guys what you would have wore, and if you need any details about my outfits don't hesitate to contact me or leave a comment. Camille XXX :)

Cha Cha Moon: London

I know that my blog is about fashion, but to me this is one of the MUST restaurant in London and I wanted to share this place with you if you don't already know it. Two years ago I made the discovery of my favorite restaurant the Cha Cha Moon in London. Situated in the cosy area of Carnaby Street, it is a loving and chill place. The services are great, you can eat inside or outside with the nice heaters.

What I like about this place is obviously the foooood but also this high ranked 'cantine' ambiance which is different than the atmosphere of outside. When you are inside you can see the cooks cook the food, you are served really fast and they have now started to do takeaways. I qualify Cha Cha Moon as a noodle 'bar' even though it is nothing like a noodle bar. I certainly make this association due to the high long tables.

When I go there I always order the same thing, crispy noodle with shredded chicken. It's a wok egg noodle with shredded chicken, pickled cabbage, Chinese chive, bean sprout. (There is a photo on the right that shows you what it looks like, foodspotting.com) It is a must place to me, and every time I come to London I go to eat there at least once!! Here is the link to their website, if you want to learn more about them, and I have added a screen shot of the map to help you find where it is.
I think that you should definitely check it out! Let me know what is your favorite dish there and what is your opinion on the place.

Get It NOW!

Chanel, Chanel, Chanel: I could relate every single positive word to this brand except CHEAP for sure!

I think you don't already have your Chanel bag you should deco get it now! Their prices take 16% every year!!! The classic bag cost 1 650$ in 2005 and this year (2014) is cost 4 900$.  This is outrageous and it is encouraging the population to buy more and more. Here is my selection of my 3 favorites:

I chose a classic coral quilted velvet velour Large classic Chanel bag, 2.55 double flap bag with black metal. I pick this one for it's color, it can give a bright touch to your outfit and it reminds me of summer when it's winter. The second bag, is The Boy (obviously!!!) It's from the 2014/2015 fall winter collection. It's a large patchwork shearling tote, perfect for winter season palette. The blue beads again brings a little touch of color to enhance the contour of the bag. Last but not least, my favorite one! The Executive or Cerf Tote Chanel bag, it is not the most popular one and the one that we see on social media. And yet it would be the first one that I would acutely purchase. It is a timeless shape, the grain of the leather is "wahou". You should definitely go and check it out!!

Voilà, let me know which one are your favorite Chanel bags, and if you agree with me that Chanel should not increase their prices.

Sneakers: which one will you pick?

When you are on the run, it's never easy to not end up with blisters. To me, the best deal is to wear sneakers when I have long and tiering days to come. Obviously I'm not talking about those old PE sneakers that you have hidden in your closet. I'm talking about those old trends that are bringing the sneakers back on the Catwalk. From Channel, to New Balance, you must make a choice. They have been brought back on the catwalk to give a comfy and yet sophisticated touch. The ideal 2014/ 2015 sneakers to me, are the ones that mixe one flashy color with dark colors. Bright orange with dark blue, Lemon green with pale grey. Here is my selection:

First row (left to right): Pierre Hardy 935€, Marc by Marc Jacob 205€, Pierre Hardy 445€, Saucony 96€
Second row (left to right): Pierre Hardy 965€, Valentino 650€, Nike Air Max 145€, New Balance 96€
Third row (left to right): Dolce & Gabanna 575€, Kenzo 450€

I know some items of the selection are a little pricy, but I believe that it's definitely worth it!! Let me know which pair is your favorite and why. You can always find more details on where to get those shoes through this link. Who knows we might have the same taste.
